Dude with our DA's down here He would probably get 15 with possibility for parole in 10. That is so blatantly Attempted Vehicular Manslaughter, and a case sould even be built for attempted Murder. Resisting Arrest. At some point I'm sure he tried to assault one of the undercovers.
