he lives in or this happened in liberal-land, more than likely hell prolly get something light. that was said in jest btw. things i would like to do to that driver. but a cellmate who is a hellsangel would take care of it ;)

Dude with our DA's down here He would probably get 15 with possibility for parole in 10.  That is so blatantly Attempted Vehicular Manslaughter, and a case sould even be built for attempted Murder.  Resisting Arrest.  At some point I'm sure he tried to assault one of the undercovers.  Assault on a LEO.  this guy would get f%$king buried in court. :thumb: Not to mention almost all of our undercovers down here ride :icon_mrgreen: So they wouldn't exactly be nice to this fuckhead.   i still stand by my earlier road rash statement, but I hope someone wears his ass out so bad he just shits himself for the rest of his life :mad:
