Title: just got an 83-84 Honda Manga 750
Post by: Crucialval on April 27, 2007, 11:41:02 AM
the thing runs it needs forks freshend up and a clutch cable. got it dirt cheap though.
I see them sell on E-bay for around 2,000. so I'm going to try and make some extra cash.

I found a VFR 750 cheap also I'll try to get it also.

A friend of mine used to have one of those.   Friggin' Energizer Bunny of a bike...kept going and going.

Fix the forks and change the plugs & oil.    Your grandkids will one day fight over who gets it.

I love old bikes like that....an 83/84 magna haha...I have a 78/81 CX500, a 81/83 XS400, etc...none of them have exact years lol they're just "ranges".

I wouldn't sell it as a whole.  If you can make it run good, keep it for yourself because they ARE badasses.  If you decide it's not worth keeping then break it.  I spun brought in about $2700 off the last one I broke down but it had a good motor and a straight frame.
