Full exhaust is complete pipes from the engine (header, midpipe as occurs, muffler)...contrasted to slip on only (connects to midpipe, muffler)

Is there much more to installing a full exhaust as opposed to a slip on?

Unbolting the headers comes to mind. Don't know if a fairing has to come off on the F models. And depending how it's routed, you may lose access to your oil filter cover and/or oil drain bolt.
