Title: Help - Need front spacer for a 99 Kat fork on a 93 GS

Anyonw know where to get this spacer?
Know the specs for a spacer to be machined here?

Any help is apprecieted. Finishing putting my bike back together for bike week in Myrtle this wknd. Thanks.

Anyone have theirs pressed in? Any opinions on the two?
