Stupid brass float bowl screws.
yea i replaced mine with bolts all i need is a socket and a nice1/4 ratchet
i used a ez out drill bit to remove them
I changed the four phillips screws with stainless allen head ones, so a simple allen key screws them in or out.

They're not Phillips, they're Pozidrive. We need to get the word out. So are the ones on the diaphragm cover.
Well, that explains it. I spent an hour trying to impact them off with a philips. Ended up stripping them, then drilling out. Going to buy nice new stuff in an hour or so....
