Unless they have updates the 650 a lot i don't think it is anywere close to that HP. I beleive it is more around the lines of 38, not sure though.
if you gunna do it...do it right....DR BIG(800cc single) in a RG-V 250 chassis!!!!!!
it would easily fit in a GS...I just pulled a 650 engine out of my trailer about 30 min ago
I had the DR in an old FZ600 chassis it was sweet and could pull my GS on the straight even with a 5 speed
Sounds Like A Idea
rgv250.something????
do a search
there is one or two conversions on there
it was my intention....until the wif left
check out http://www.sporthoj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39213
there was one on ebay uk about 8-9 months ago
I'd still go with a smoker instead of a thumber...
hell i think a gix 1k engine would be better
:o :o Ummm that would be the baddest GS ever :o :o :o
huh? A big motor in a crappy frame with floppy suspension? It's like the 1100 all over again.
big motor.....check
crappy frame.....eh i'll concede there, too

That'd be cool except for having to sit the motor towards the right hand side of the frame so that you can get the sprockets to line up, therefore making it righthand heavy.
I swear if I ever get my hands on an F650 engine it's goin in :icon_twisted: :icon_twisted: Then it's meeting mister Power Commander and mister Turbo............Then more than likely I'm meeting mister asphalt at a high rate of speed :icon_rolleyes: :icon_rolleyes:
