Hey guys.
Some of you may have seen my earlier threads about carbs problems. But it's all sorted now and the bike is running great, except for one thing.
I just came back from a ride, and the idle is very high, is ranges from 2000-3500 RPM, and over half of the engine breaking is gone compared to what it was before I rejetted the carbs. So if I close the throttle, it's like riding with the choke on, there is almost no engine breaking.
I tried ajusting the idle screw, but the idle only went down about 200 RPM from that.
What could it be thats causing this, and how do I fix it?
Thanks :)
Sucking air, or open the air screws if its not sucking air. You are at 3 out right. Yea try 4 out.
Cool.
Srinath.
