Any thoughts?

What can you do?  There's only a few variables to play with:  Lean down the mixture screws; remove 1 shim under ea. needle; try stock pilot jets; stuff a sock in the muffler :icon_razz:

2 up on pilots, 2 up on mids and 147.5 mains and 1 washer.
The old formula on a 89-00 was 1 up on pilots 1 washer and 150 mains.
Is it possible you over cooked the bottom end. IMHO 2 up on mids will translate to 2+ on the mains. Ergo - you're running 152.5 mains, but the 01+ bike came with 1275 instead of 122.5 so somehow that arithmetic isn't too serious.
I guess 20 pilots. Whatever you do ... now on 1 change at a time and study it and then try the next. Change 2-3 tings at once and you'll confuse yourself.
Cool.
Srinath.
