I need to transfer my rotor from a bent rim to a straight one but I swear I've heard stories of stripping the suckers. I know they're held in there with thread locker wich can be loosened by applying heat but how much? I have mapp gas and propane but I dont want to warp the rotor. Also I don't have access to any air tools wich I think would be the ideal solution. I wish these things were regular bolt heads instead of allen ones. Any advice would be apreciated.

Just try it without heat first. If you have a ratchet with allen sockets you should be able to get it off fine. You can apply plenty of torque to the allens, just don't go overboard. A little penetrating oil should help if they're stubborn, just keep it off the pads.
A good rule of thumb is to use penetrant first.
And proper tool(s).
Then soak overnight in penetrant.
And proper tool(s) again.
Then freeze the parts and apply minimal heat to only the areas concerned if possible.
Remember, heat is a last resort, as in, you already expect to damage the tool/wheel/bearing/hub/whatever expect to replace the part(s).
You really need to soak them with a penetrating lube overnight. I use Liquid wrench. I have snapped several bolts, they were all removed without a penetrant. I was not able to let them soak overnight. The fronts are the worst for snapping.
