Title: Is it possible to make a new key for the bike?
Post by: flyingmachine on May 27, 2007, 11:25:14 PM
Think I may have lost my one and only key to the bike.  It is possible to make another one?  I hope I won't have to replace all 3.

as such no . when i had my only key taken. i had to buy all new locks and barrels for the bike , unless you bought it new or can find the details to it , there are key numbers which would let you order another key , if not , looks like ur gonna have to replace them

A locksmith can cut a new key from a lock.

um, yeah

as D stated....

Locksmiths prevent you from buying new locksets

best to take bike to locksmith
but a mobile service will hit you up for a service charge+ make the key

but it is probably cheaper than getting the bike towed to the shop
