In the morning paper yesterday......
"A man died in a motorcycle crash on Ohio 32 in Batavia around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, the State Highway Patrol said. Jared Roe, 23, of Wheelersburg, Ohio was riding a 2006 Yamaha apparently with his feet on the seat and his hands off the handlebars, offices said. Witnesses told investigators that Roe seemed to be standing when the bike went off the right side of the road and hit a guardrail. Several witnesses tried to revive him, but he died at the scene, officers said. Roe wasn't wearing a helmet, according to investigators."
Sad to say but it sounds like it was entirely preventable. I feel sad for the loved ones that the rider left behind.
man that sucks...why do stupid $hit like that?
as callous as it sounds...
'tard.
yeah i feel bad for his family but that is the kind of shaZam! that happens when you want to show people on public roads how big your balls are
Yeah, I definitely feel for his family, too... If only riders such as this young man would give some thought about what they leave behind after they make bad choices...but too many think they're indestructible.

Yeah... Like... Sit on the seat and wear a helmet.
I can't believe anyone does that any more after Indian Larry died... :nono:
I mean... That's EXACTLY how he died...

Yeah but that happened to Indian Larry, not them.......
That's just amazing. You want to ride around with no helmet, ok, I can understand, you're playing the odds. But anyone with half a brain should realize that when you're trying to do some sweet stuntin on public roads, the odds change a whole lot... Most of the people that try that kind of stuff at least wear a helmet.

Bingo they stop doing it when it happens to them, But then they end up dead or crippled so have no choice but not to. When I see people doing this crap on the street to try to show off when they see me or a chick I just shake my head and go on my way. I would rather see these people crippled then dead that way they can see just how stupid they really are.

and thats why YOU never roll away witth the girl.
lol just kidden, :kiss3:
but yea its always a bummer when you hear bout stuff that couldve been prevented.
i think almost everyone does a wheelie or basic stuntin every once a while.
but there is a time and place for everything,
and the freeway is not once of those places,

i'd say more along the lines of how SMALL your balls are. it's a compensation thing.
i was pulling up a light the other day and some little wannabe gangster kid was walking with his friends. he saw me and immidiately starts shouting "pop a wheely!! pop a wheely!!" and doing his impersonation of a wheely. so i shook my head and took off slowly from the light. get to the next light and up he comes running his a$$ off, or at leat trying to keep his pants around it, and he goes "come on you f-ing (insert bad word for female genetalia here)!!! pop a wheely! come on!!!" so i did a no sign (:nono:) and rode off. i hate people like that.

Saw that in the paper too. Just shook my head at the impact to people's lives for something like that.
