1. When you fall out of your Dodge Ram truck cause your trying to put down its kickstand.
Or 2. When you driving the wifes Focus and find your twisting the steering wheel throtle and leaning in the turns.
I do head checks when I walk.
When you drive your GF's Focus and you think it's bogging cause it's just not accelerating quickly enough
That too!!! :thumb:
You bounce your cage's engine off the rev limiter for the first time ever in years of ownership because you don't realize it's revving too fast.
or you try to change gears and realize you're stepping on the clutch
...you are walking down the street and instead of turning to see behind what is behind you, you look where your mirrors should be...but there is none.

BAHAHAHAHA
You're driving your car and singing as loud as you can without realizing that you have a radio.
hmm. perhaps i'm just retarded, or i just don't ride my bike enough, but i slip easily into whatever situation i'm in. if i'm driving a car after riding a bike, i remember that. if i'm riding rather than driving, i remember that. if i'm driving and auto instead of a stick, i remember and don't go for the clutch.
:dunno_white: i wish i rode my bike more...
having just started bike riding.... I find in the car now I physically twist around to see before changing lanes... always usta just use the mirrors
I thinkits not about slipping in and out (hehe) of car/bike mode, its hust that some of us prefer riding our bikes and it consumes our thoughts. I love my truck, but prefer the solitude, concentration, and the feel of riding. Driving a cage can almost feel like riding in a bubble to me.
I also find myself looking for my turn signals with my thumb at times,

I was doing that on my bicycle last night, I even commented to my GF that it was so weird to be on the road and not have mirrors to check
1 while being stuck in traffic in my truck i keep think " if i was on my bike i wouldnt be in this mess"
2. a bike group rides by and you go to catch them to ride along. only to realize you are in your gf jeep.
I did that this morning on the way to work. See, I live in the NC mountains, and living downtown, Im 2 blocks from a local favorite twisty called Town Mountain road. Its a nice uphill to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I got in behind a couple of Ninjas at the redlight, and took of behind them only to remember in the first turn I was in MY DODGE RAM. Good thing I can still remember how to drive a cage.

"Am I out of gas ?" ( trying to accelerate in a cage)
"Holy Crap Batman ! I can't merge into THAT traffic in THIS POS! " (onramp to I-4 @ 5pm)
"What the hell just hit the side of my bike !?" (bump that only effects one side of the car)
"The brakes are out !" (slowing to a redlight in the car)
"Wow. Look at that radio. I can stop whistling."
"Oh ya- she can see me checking her out without my helmet." (cruising in a wagon)
" I'm gonna crash !" (seeing a patch of sand in a turn at decent velocity)
And alot of other G-force related things, traction issues.
    :o :icon_lol: :icon_mrgreen:

I didn"t Know you could be on a bike to much! If it wasn"t for getting stuff from store I wouldn"t drive the cage at all!!!

Yeah, if you go on a trip with a bike for like a week, you'll definately tell a difference when you get in a car.
Your @$$ hurts all the way to your neck!
When you wave to a bike passing in oncoming traffic and realize only after they give you a strange look that you are in your suv.
I get the traction issue things!
Going into a turn and i see a line of gravel in the middle of the road im going streight for the brake before i tell myself, wait no! the wheels in a car go either side your not on a bike.
Same in the rain and im always looking for small patches of sand or dirt on the roads to try and avoid.
Have you ever had it where your over taking a slowish moving vehicle in your car, you put your foot down and first off you dont get anywhere near as much power as you were expecting, then a split second later you realise you havn't pulled out far enough either to go past it in a car. I tend to forget when overtaking about the whole passanger side of the vehicle lol.
