Title: 99 Katana 600 Front End, Frame and Engine in Wilmington, NC

I have a 99 Katana 600 fe, frame and engine availible in Wilmington, NC.


The triples are all straight. Includes forks, steering stem, clamps, clip-ons (stock), axle, 2 brakes and 2 rotors. Basically everything short of the rim.

Asking 250 for the forks picked up or plus shipping.



Frame has a slightly bent subframe/tail. Have to look at it from the back to see it. All engine mounts line up and no visible damage at all to the front. Frame has no title.
Engine has carbs off (in seperate box). Told the engine ran before they were removed and it just became a project that he never got around to doing. Hes a family friend so I definately believe thats the case.

150 pickup up in Wilmington, NC or make me an offer.


I also have all the other parts availible short of the shock, rims, rear brake mount and keyed items.

A kat 600 front end is a swap into a GS500. Common upgrade among members. Search for plenty of info.

fyi....98+ Kat 600/750 use a 3.5" front wheel...which is not the same as the 3" wheel on the GS or 89-97 Kat 600/750.

Wierd, I'm using the kat rim on gs forks right now.

Have axle, bearings and spacers with the FE as well.

Is it a straight spoked wheel or swept spoke?

On my GS? Striaght.
The two I have for sale are 93 GS swept.

So you are using a 98+ Kat 3.5" front wheel on GS forks? Hmm...interesting.

dgyver,you don't want the engine?I may take it,but I'm waiting on payment for an ebay sell.I may be able to come to NC and pick it up.I hope this guy pays.Been waiting 3 days.
