As for that statement there are no balls needed. Just go do it. A track day is not a race, many TD organizations offer classroom time along with on track demonstrations for novice riders. Our local track here is one of the few that allow novice riders to pass most TD's for beginners have control riders in the group keeping everything toned down and noob friendly.

A local publication here just put together a TD for ladies only one session and cruisers only, my wife rode that day. I turn 1:40 1:145's on that track and she turned 2:45's, it's not about going fast, she has more confidence in her ability as a rider and made large gains in her ability to corner, shift and brake without having the fear of cagers about to run you over. She had so much fun she is planning on going again in september. All in all I could see an immediate difference in her confidence she became a much smoother rider that day.

If your in the Oklahoma are keep an eye out at www.halletracing.net it's not on the schedule yet but there will be another ladies TD the weekend of Sept. 15th 2007
