On a 92. im sure theres a pilot and a main , its on the 01 bikes theres 3 to consider, well they rate the pods as the lunchbox according to the wiki ,  its all one the sticky , just use a lunchbox setting , is that rayleigh , as in essex?

Check the rejet sticky at the top of the discussion page, and also the wiki:

yeah, the wiki says 140 for the lunchbox and 1 washer on the needle, but it also says 147.5 and 2 washers for the pods and a stock exhaust... seems like a huge difference.  so i dunno, im still a little torn about the size i should use.  thanks for the imput, i guess ill have to fiddle around with it and repost my findings.
p.s. Jay,
Its Raleigh, as in Sir Walter, via North Carolina
