I went to check my Mixture , and where the brass plug is ment to be , its already been drilled out , but from the lowest angle i could see , all i can see is Thread , not a screw ., am i missing it ? or is it right up there, thanks alot
Jay
If all you can see is thread, you are probably missing are screw... thats what it sounds like to me at least. It should be pretty obvious if there is a missing screw. Check and compare with your other mixture screw hole.... also, does the bike run? If not, that may be your problem! There is a parts microfiche on a website called BellsSuzuki <http://www.bellssuzuki.com/fiche_select.asp> that will tell you the parts numbers and the screw names in the carb, just so you can double check that it is the right screw you are looking at.
The screw is recessed about 1/4". Get a mirror and you will see them. You really cannot see them from the side when the carbs are installed. If not there, your bike will run like crap.
