Got your carbs etc...
The carbs had these things that were sorta bad at first loook...
The float o rings were bad. These keep the plastic assy securely in place. That o ring was shredded and bad in 1 float.
The choke was missing the internal return spring on one. The shaft also was showing signs that it was pulled with a pair of pliers. That combo may ahve caused something to go bad in there...haven't looked yet but no return spring means the vaccum could pull it open...of course the bar that they fit on and the cable have the spring that will keep it from flying open but its possible you did get some open choke due to that. I'll look some more in the next few days.

Ahh... i noticed the o rings, but didnt think they would make it run bad at that rpm... (or not at all) but what you said makes sense.. see, i noticed your carbs floats will stick into place.. mine never did :oops: . Srinath your a genious.
As for the choke.. thats my fault. we forgot to put that spring back in, but since there is an external one... we left it. See, the choke lever etc was gunked and clogged and stuck.. so we had to take it all apart. Good work so far!

LOL! i told you about the one on the float man! remember? you said "with these carbs, everything affects everything.." and i said your probly right and then srinath sent me his carbs.. end of story
