So last night at 2 am my phone was ringing... I always leave my phone on, but never get calls this late. I looked at the number on caller id and it was (888)888-8888 wtf? i picked up and they hung up.
then i went to sleep got the same call but didnt answer, 3 more times that night. no messages nothing...
my cell phone is registered on the do not call list, anyone else get a phone call from that number?
I've gotten phone calls from (999)999-9999 and (000)000-0000 :dunno_white: :dunno_white:
wierd, (000)000-0000 aliens or something?
pretty normal spoofing from tele-marketers or whatnot... if the phone number has all the same digits I never answer.

I had this alot and my phone was on speaker fone.I left it on and laid it down.Once a telemarketer picked up over a minute later.Another time a recording started and wanted me to hold for the next availible represenative.When a woman telemarketer calls,I ask her if I can ask her 1 personal question,before she ask me alot of questions.Some hang up,some say yes.I then ask what color panties she is wearing,or I ask her if she'll send me her panties she's wearing.99.9% hang up rate.The other .1% is a looooooong story.I just tell the guys they called while I was getting it on with my lady.Str8 guys apologize and hang up.ghey guys say yuck and hang up. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

:dunno_white: I usually keep a soundboard from full metal jacket handy, that normally keeps things intresting when they dont hang up. If they call my cell though, I dont even bother answering... I know everyone that SHOULD be calling me, and if you aint that person, and I dont have anything for sell at the time, well! better call the house.

thats not as bad as one night while i was at a party some dude called me and said i gave him my number in a gas station. i told him he had the wrong number then he kept asking where i was. after i told him i was at a party in lee he said he would come down and meet up. i was like okay dude, sure. then he called me back two more times asking how to get to the party. i think if he actually tried to find it, he ended up in new york somewhere hahaha.
and oh yeah, ive never given anyone my number at a gas station, especially not any dudes that wanna try to find me at a party at 1:30 in the morning haha.

1. person calling trying to sell roofing products
my answer : im sorry i dont have a roof,
2 a perosn trying to sell flooring,
my answer: im perfectly happy with my dirt floors
3. a person selling long distance service
my answer : im sorry i dont have a phone ( theyre like okay sorry to bother you.......errrrrrwaitaminute ( i hang up)
4. a perosn trying to sell something else
my answer ¡ no habla ingles !, they get a spanish speaker on repeats same question, i reply ¡ no habla espanol !
There's this setting called 'meeting'. Just one ding and then it's silent.
It's the standard setting for anyone in our home. YES, I'm a jerk and ask everyone to do the same because I really don't want my son awakened by some useless drivel.
