What do you guys think of them? Anyone have a pair?

IMO those are worthless. Unless they're made of kevlar and air conditioned they're not going to help much in an accident. Most of the impact from a get-off will hit either your back, hands or knees. Save your money and buy a full set of leathers, that's how you save your skin.
If you mean for under leather I hear they are fine. I wear under armor under mine. Last I checked those Icons were big bucks.
