alright. So as some of you know I had to replace the engine in my gs, now I have an extra engine in my garage... but what should I do with it..
it doesnt turn, a valve fell into the cylinder.
it still has a good starter, stator. it leaked a little when it ran but other than that it was fine.
If I were to rebuild it, is there anything performance minded I could change? bore the cylinders to 550? is it worth it...
or should I rebuild the head and get a GR650 engine?
right now its sitting in the corner....
Do you have the time, talent, and money to rebuild it?
I have rebuilt a car engine before, some extra cash is lying around. and there is no rush so it could be my next project
If I had an extra engine, I would try the motoman high velocity porting with JB Weld trick.
why did you have to replace it in the first place?
He said "a valve fell into the cylinder" whatever that means. :dunno_white:
blew the valves, was it on the track?
one of my now ex roomates friends took it out and f%&ked it, running it on 1 spark plug

just take it to UPS Store and ship it to me. 8)
