Surprised you saw that Mak. I'm sad to see Terri gone, just like that. I wasn't as close to her as many here were, but it's still not pleasant.
Avid lurker. A lot of my customers are from that forum.
I still haven't been able to really find out what happened, though.

Long story short, she and Ian (her fiance, Ianjoub on the board) went canoeing in the wrong spot.. they thought they were in a mild area, they weren't. The canoe capsized and neither of them were wearing life jackets. IIRC, they both made it to shore, but on the wrong side. They rested, and decided to swim for the other shore. Terri got tired and drowned. Horrible tragedy. :cry:
I had pieced part of it together but not the whole story...thanks for filling me in. I can't find the articles or anything. by the time I even knew anything was up all of the threads were hundreds of posts long. I tried to hit Pandora up but he hasn't returned emails in a while...
dang, as an avid canoeist who always wears a pfd that story makes me sad. rip.
