I have no idea, thats why I'm asking  :laugh:  This is what I was told

01 4Fi low sided.  Got married wife doesn't want him to ride anymore bike has been sitting in a barn since the accident .  dmg left fairing, rear cowling and left mirror

For free just need to pick it up

If it is an F4i, it is injected, thus the i.

Thanks Jake D.  I had no idea what the i stood for, going to try and pick it up next weekend.

As mentioned before, the i is the injection.

The F4i was introduced in 2001 as Honda's 600cc race replica. It replaced the previous CBR600F4. The F4i is simply the F4 with fuel injection rather than carbs, if I recall correctly.

The F4i  lasted as a race replica through 2002, when the 2003 CBR600RR was introduced. In the 2003 model year the F4i was relaxed a bit and given a banana seat for second tier sportbinke duty, to compete with the YZF600R and Suzuki Katana 600.

^^^^correct and 2006 was the final year of production for the F4i

At least in the states I haven't heard if they were going to keep it for the euro market.
