Yeah, I think this is really stupid. They were originally going to get 10 year in jail or something and have to be on the list for sex predators.

The law is cold. It can't prepare itself for every contingency and every set of circumstances. It requires interpretation (this is basically the
job description of the judiciary). I think some people have just lost sight of this.
I'm sure that cooler heads will prevail and the kids won't have their life ruined over this.
and eugenics is a really bad idea when you stop and think about who would be making the decisions regarding which people are stupid. :cookoo:
I just think kids now days need to have more respect for themselves and the people around them.I don't think they should do all that craziness,but in school suspension or after school suspension would be justifiable.If I had gotten caught doing that, it would have been three licks with an extremely large paddle by the assistant principle.

Your right, but even thinking about putting them on a sex offender list is insane! One of the girls said it is really no big deal. The girls were actually doing it to, this whole thing has been going on for a while now. I'm assmuing is one girl said it's no big deal most of them don't care either, and as far as I know, everybody doing this were basically friends. Not like going up to some random girl you don't know.
An ass smack is better than what the girls did when I was in Catholic school... They rip the f%$king pocket off of our shirt... And you could retaliate by taking their tie/scarf thingy...
Then you'd catch a HUGE PILE of grief from the school for "being out of uniform." THEN your parents would whoop your ass for f%$king up your shirt, AGAIN... :icon_confused:
Sum kid , slapped a girls arse at work , got sacked , and ,he was ment to be put on the sex offenders list for a amount of time ,i havent confirmed it , but stilll, even getting sacked is bad enuff

I can't understand why nothing ways done about it, It's my girls niece and it happened before i was around. The girls stepdad is in a custody battle for his kids, I think that had something to do with it. If it was my girl he would be gone.
I just found out last night what happend in court. They had pics and everything and a jurry/judge let him go. Her parents are trying for a retrial but I bet i does no good.
A dull rusty knife would be better than a sharp one.

half the "crimes" that kids commit today are crazy. my little brother got a years probation for "disorderly conduct". his true crime? he told the priciple to f%$k off. or something like that. cussing at him. big deal. well, apparently it is. when i was younger you weren't worried bout the law or anything coming after you if you got into trouble. you were worried bout the ole man at home givin ya a good ole fashioned ass whoppin. it's crazy today though. can't even fart in public or you're a terrorist setting off toxic gasses.
