If I could sell my bike for $2K and somehow raise another $1K, that'd be mine... but I can't.. so it won't. "Low seat height, good for female riders"... or short people like me :laugh:

Yeah, I was going to say the same about performance. I remember when I had my first bike, and I saw the monster 600 I assumed it would have the awesome power of other 600's, like I-4.

ducati's are so smooth, and the power so linear, you can basically pick any motor you want, and the power is not overbearing. A monster 600, other than looks, name, and suspension, is not much of an upgrade.

Like it was posted though, its a great starter bike.
