I have made custom parts, I have one black brace and several raw billet braces. You can paint or polish the raw billet.

I have more fork braces with stainless steel fasteners, the braces are raw billet. You can paint it yourself or polish it. I have and will ship to Australia. I would need address to quote shipping usps.

I have often wondered ...
If we made a fork brace like 1 inch thick, and the mounting bosses on the legs were fairly sizeable, could we run a hydraulic shock type in the gap between the fork legs and lower triple. Of course spring should still be in the fork tubes, but the hydraulics can be in a sealed capsule, like a harley springer or is that a girder ... whichever has the huge springs on the top behind the headlight or a BMW R 1100 series but more like non paralever, just stuff hydraulics there.
The advantage of course is ... forks that never will leak ... cos there aint nothing but springs and maybe some oil to keep it from rusting.
Cool.
Srinath.

Do you think the brace mounting bolts are strong enough?   8)

lol, good point.

They would be ok in compression, but any tension and eeek!

The whole mounting bosses etc need to be made much beefier. Maybe an arch like 4 per leg, one set at the top and one 3-4 inches down.
Cool.
