Welcome to the club!  There are lots of upgrades available.  Depends on what you're looking for - more power, more bling, more comfort, etc.  Most have been cataloged either in the FAQ section of the forum or on the wiki:

I recently got the TRS and I love it, despite the slight problem with fit on my older '01 model.  It will fit your '06 just fine.  You can read about other exhausts, such as the Jardine and V&H models, on the wiki under the Upgrades->Exhaust section.

There are also plenty of discussions about it - if you use the search button at the top of the page, you can find plenty of past links and reviews, good places to buy it, etc.
