I am trying to build a supermotard with sportbike wheels but cannot find the sizes of gs500 or gs500e wheels anywhere. so do any years have a front 17X3.5 and a rear 17x4?

All GS500Es had 3.0x17 fronts and 3.5x17 rears.

Get a GSXR Front end for a larger front tire and a 88-89 GSXR Rear wheel for a larger rear wheel. Info on both of these swaps can be found on Pantablo's website http://pantablo.tripod.com
