Howdy,
I went to the local Suzuki Dealer to get some jets for a rejet on my 2002 GS snd they had a pitiful selection of sizes, not having what I needed. I checked out a few web sites (including BIke Bandit) and the selection is good but even on Bike Bandit they did not have (as far as I can tell) the right size for my mid jets (#62.5). I was wondering if anybody had any quick reccomendations to source all the jets I need. #137.5 mains, #62.5 mids and #20 pilots. I can certainly start combing but I was being a little lazy and thought maybe someone would have a reliable reccomendation.
I have to say I was a little dissappointed with the dealer (Golden Gate Cycles in San Fran), although I did buy my GS there 3 years ago and had no complaints.
Thanks for the help.
Cheers, Tony
If you have no time crunch, you can order from flatoutmotorcycles.com. They're cheap, and you can buy jets in singles instead of packs of 4. They have all the in-between sizes like 62.5. I've had shipping times vary from 1 to 6 weeks. :cookoo: Weird, but for the price, I order from them for winter projects with no real deadline.
Anyone who orders parts from Parts Unlimited can get your jets for you. Just get your part numbers.

THREAD RESURRECTION 'CUZ I'm having trouble finding online source single jets ...
flatoutmotorcycles.com lists their jets available as packs of 4 = too much $$$
Chaparral motorsports seems to no longer list the #40 pilots ... but has other similar. And looks like they sell them singly.
So question is does this link look like these pilots are similar enough to work as substitute ??

Cat what year is your bike? If you are like me, '02 it seems like such a hard year to get the right jets, I called my local dealer and a guys says...."jets, yeah sure we got jets come on down and look through them"..... Nope I dont think so. Flat out seems like the best bet so far.
I always get my jets from www.bikebandit.com (http://www.bikebandit.com). As for 4/pack.. sell the extra 2 here and recover some of your cost. They really do not cost that much.

well shucks. I just ordered a 4 pack of 150 mains and a 4 pack of 40 pilots from sudko.com . I prolly spent too much too, $25 total. Not to mention they promised the 150's this weekend and the 40's middle of February. I'll forget what they're for by then.
hopefully the rejetting matrix isn't too bad off for a K&N lunchbox and a V&H supersport.
we'll see......
I also purchased frrom bikebandit for my 04 packs of four dont cost all that much.

My bike is a '95 ... so no problem finding jets. I just don't wanna buy mass quantities :) I'm cheap that way, which be why i do all my own wrenchin'.
Guess I'll go the 4/pack route with flatout or bikebanditry.
