but we can get a forth here in 5 days plus shipping.
Well guess what shipping is on one signal ?
$18.
This from the local Buell dealer when asking about signals. I expected to just walk in, pull it off the wall, pay and walk out. Didn't really want to sit on a bike. Didn't really want to talk to a salesperson for twenty minutes. Didn't really care what the latest gee wiz HD junk was around.
While I was waiting for the parts guy to figure out the fiche, I watched a salesperson try to push a 05 xb12r on a guy that wanted a 08. Now, if I were a thinkin man, I'd think something was wrong with a floor model that had 3.4 miles on it, a Sept 05 model, and STILL ON THE FREAKING SALES FLOOR.
Anyhow. Why do dealerships always lie and deceive instead of shooting straight ? Telling me a low price on something ($9 each for signals) but then saying ONE needs to be shipped and the shipping is twice one's cost is just deceitful.
Bad Buell dealer, no cookie.
i would not have walked in there to begin with hd and buell suck

that may very well be, but their turn signals look great on the gs :thumb: im buying a set once i get the money.
Hmm. Fact: Hard sell tactics don't sell. Unfortunately for prospects, their tactics will reflect their desperation.
That's the entirely opposite of my experience. The HD/Buell dealer I went to was friendly, but totally, utterly, incomprehensibly clueless about the Buells on their showroom floor.
Frankie: Don't you have a blunt to go smoke while you dwell on how the whole world hates you???
What the f%$k kind of shop carries odd numbers of turn signals???? :o
just order them online an be done with it all, i hate stealerships, so i always go online now. btw i love my buell turns :icon_razz:
where did u order them online? eBay is going for more then the dealer wants :cookoo:

I've had good experiences with my local Buell dealers, sorry yours sucks. That's part of the problem with their distribution model.

just found em on ebay, save a few dollars but id have to make a paypall account. how do you get rid of that gap b/w the signal and the fairing without cutting the "bump".
i forgot about that...the reason i did not use them.
I didnt cut mine Just had to drill some new mounting holes, Not hard to do. But if you need to cut the bump for those just use a dremel, shouldnt be that hard. Dont NOT do something cuz moding is needed trust me they look better than any other signals I have seen.
