i am working with him on importing his great work. once i have it done i will let everyone here know but it will not be until late this year or early next

Are you securing the lower legs? If not, hopefully there is not a problem with vibration and cracking.

The fender is being hung from the top mounting bolts. The lower legs extend down the fork tubes. Other fenders of this design have mounting bolts at the sided and bottom of the legs. I would be concerned with vibration causing cracking over time. I guess it could be fine if you are using a flexible enough epoxy and have the legs braced properly.

I make " light " parts with a kevlar fiber on fixing points ( security !! )
I've realised many parts for bikes in France and i've never had any problem of cracking or returned parts :icon_mrgreen:
As most a part is heavy,as most it cracks because of is own weight ( holes and bumps of roads )
No need fixing points on lower legs

these ones.........40.000 kilometers without problem ( idem bellypans and huggers )
did you do the 40k without a rear seat :o :laugh:
Have you got any pics of the undertail, is it for the '89-'01 or the '01+
he sent me some of the different molds he is making...i will put them on the gallery

For cncdMax.......yes.....without a rear seat,just a fork tube weding in the frame....it's hard at first.. :laugh:
I'll realise undertail for +01 model after the bellypan and hugger ( the master of hugger it's soon finish ) :icon_mrgreen:
