My 5 month old EXO700 had the twist grip (the little thingy that lets you remove the visor) pop off yesterday while I was going down the interstate. I sent an email to scorpion customer service at about midnight last night, and I got a reply today at about 4. They're sending me 2 sets of twist grips, for free. That's some damn good customer service, if you ask me.
I hope I get the same service when my EXO400 need's it.

That was 2 years ago, when they first came out. I just upgraded to a EXO-700 this season.
my left quick connect only opens half way, maybe i should send em an email :thumb:
