So I took my front tire off today and noticed the front axle had a bit of a wobble whne it rolled on the floor. Is that why when I put the tire back on and turned the axle the tire moved as it was adjusting it? Is this why the bike feels unstable in turns?

Possible. It is not good. Replace it, they can be found cheap enough.

im not sure if its good. are they supposed to be straight or a lil bent? I picked one up for 9$ off ebay.

aside from having a wobbling ride ? not much.
