Title: Dynatek DRL-400 Rev Limiter
Post by: coll0412 on September 13, 2007, 05:33:19 PM
I just installed the Dynatek DRL-400 2 stage rev limiter, and it works like a dream. It is a two stage so it changes the rev limit when you pull the clutch in for some super sweet launches. One the clutch is out, I have it set to limit at 10,000RPM and that works too :icon_mrgreen:

Its super easy to wire in, and took only about 45min to install.

I have tried that approach and have found that it really doesn't help me much in BIR which is a very flat out track, so I gear it so that by the end of the 1 mile strait I am at 9K and then tip into T1 which bumps me to 10K(the diameter of the tire decreases as you lean) to motor through the curve...hmm..damn I should have thought about this more, I'll put it at 10.5K and see how she goes tomorrow for practice
