Who says electric bikes can't be fast as well as dangerous?

That's what I noticed first. What was he thinking? ("NOT" is the answer)

He didn't expect the bike to creep forward and "stick". When it did it was too late and he probably couldn't have avoided the impact even if the kill switch had been hit.

I guess the temptation to show that the bike has just as much power as a "normal" engine was too much.

You gotta love "live" TV. Killacycle will live on, this is just a major faux pas on the owner's part.

I don't think the launch was intended.  If you listen while he's on the ground, he says "It stuck on."  It was only supposed to be a burnout.  He was on a sidewalk.  That's why there's no helmet...he didn't intend to ride.   :icon_rolleyes:

From one perspective you have a point. Just remember that the cool stuff we get to play with was probably invented by a dork that had a passion for speed.

James Bond would have been dead a hundred times over if it wasn't for that dork Q.

Now there's an idea...the Killacycle team should pair John Cleese up with the new "Show" girl.  That would be an interesting combination at the next electric vehicle expo. :thumb:
