Title: GS brakes
Post by: JasonB on August 08, 2003, 06:02:34 AM
Is there a speed bleeder for the GS calipers? Or what size is the bleeder screw?

Also where can I get Steel Braided line for the front?

One source for "speed bleeders" is http://www.speedbleeder.com/.  Click on the "Motorcycle Sizes" link and you will see that all Suzukis apparently use the same size.

While you're there, click on the "News" link and check out the "Bleeder Bag / Hose Combo".  I've been using it even without the SpeedBleeders.

Didnt think about them having a reference chart for motorcycles.

I have them in all my cars cause it makes bleeding the brakes sooo easy!

I'll check out the bleeder bag and hose thing.

Now just to find some braided lines so I can do it all at once. I beleive I have air in my lines but if I am gonna have to do all this might as well do the lines too.

check out:

they have a russel line for $50, but it comes nekkid  :(  you'll have to split a vinyl hose and wrap it around the line.
