Title: What should I buy?

So I have the chance to buy (A) 83 Honda VT500 Ascot that needs some cosmetic and carb work. Or (B) 87 Honda GL1200 Goldwing Interstate that needs about the same. I love the ascot and have wanted one for years but the Goldwing I think I can sell and make some $$$$ I can get them for the same price. So what do you think?
