a couple of days back i made a post about my new tire. well after having it on for a week now i recived another tire from the same company. so now i have two of the same exact tire and i was only charged for one. so should i keep it, sell it, send it back and ask for my money back? i cant decide what to do
call the company and tell them about thier mistake and go from there.
Do what you feel is right ;)
well when i first purchased the tire the told me it was on back order because they dont stock those brand of tires any more. not only do they not stock them but neither does the manufacturer according to them. so my first thought after causing a big stick becasue they didnt carry the tire was to keep it. and as far as contacting the company they dont have a phone number to get ahold of them they just have online customer service. my wife says to keep it she says that becase i go through tires to fast or at least for her i do.
Keep it. If they reckon the tire doesnt exist then your lucky you got two in the first place. Your always going to need new tires and by keeping it your saving them getting confused next time. A tire isnt expensive enough to make them go bankrupt especially if they dont even think it existed.
My ex-gf's brother order a Nintendo Wii for when it came out. They ordered it from 3 different places with the plan of canceling the other orders when one came through. In the end one delivered so they canceld the others fair enuf but then another one turned up from the same company as the first. Yoink. That went in the loft incase the first one was to break or anything. They didn't feel right selling it (like i suggested) as on ebay they were going for 3 times their list price so i said well if you aint guna sell it keep it. By the time you send it back you will have basically payd for 2 the rate the price will skyrocket down after its release.
