Yep, the regulator/regulator on my '99 seems to have gone the way of all the world. :cry:
"New part" prices from the four vendors listed on the [Parts Fiche (http://bbburma.net/Documents/GS500_Parts_Fiche_1.html)] page range from $128.97 to $170.61 :o :o
[RegulatorRectifier.com (http://www.regulatorrectifier.com/)] has 'em for $79.99, but I can't tell for sure if they only sell new parts.
Does anybody have an extra regulator/rectifier for a cheaper price ... or know of a cheaper source for a new part?
(I saw three units on eBay that ranged from ~$40 to ~$70 dollars, but they were all VERY used looking. :icon_confused:)

In case anyone is wondering, starwalt isn't gunning for my old Kodak ... he already HAS it! ;)
He's simply doing the honorable thing ... which is impressive, seeing as how I keep forgetting all about the camera. :dunno_white:
