Yeah well, My eyes get all red thanks to all that air coming into my helmet from the bottom opening and hitting my eyes, making them dry and hunhappy.
Isn't there some sort of clear plastic glasses I can use inside my helmet, that seal the bottom of my eyes while leaving some opening to 'breathe' on the top? :nono:
theres a piece you can get for your helmet that blocks air from coming in the bottom of the helmet itself. check around on some websites, I know Scorpion has one.
I'd stay away from glasses that are that tight to your eyes. If they fog, you'll be SOL for 3-4 seconds while you're ripping open your face shield and tearing at the glasses.
A 'skirt' like what kayakers use would be a much better option.
I wear WileyX SG1's. They issue them to all troops in Iraq. They have clear and tinted lenses and they are ballistic rated and anti fog :thumb:
I love them!

+1 on the chin skirt. they are only a few bucks and they help a lot of people with your problem. also close all the vents ion the helmet so it creates an air pocket instead of air flow :thumb:
yep, i just came back from riding and it wasnt much fun. dry eyes :icon_confused:
I just happen to have to wiley SG1's :o maybe I'll give them a try. they usually just sit there... never used.
The skit thing sounds like a good deal too, except the local bike shops (even the big retailers around here) don't carry such obcenities. Maybe I'll find something online. :thumb:

Sweet.. I use them w/ the side arms and strap. I put em on.. snug them up w/ the strap then put on my helmet... I only seem to need them certain times of the year :thumb: They fog up a bit when sitting still... I just kinda scrunch up my nose and face a bit to pull them away for a sec and they clear up :thumb:
