Blew the motor, parting the bike out to generate some cash for the "next bike fund".
Mmmm.... What about the plastics? I see you have an auction for the tank... How much for all the matching pieces?

The other tank listing I have up is for my spare tank. I'd sell all the bodywork - Blitz headlight fairing, and the custom painted tank, tail, and fender for $700 shipped. There are a few minor chips and rubs on the paint, because despite the show quality paint job I actually rode the wheels off the bike, but it still looks awesome. This was a magazine project bike, so the magazine logo is painted into the tank and tail (despite me asking the painter several times during prep NOT to do that, since it came out of my own pocket)...it'd make for good conversation! Some more detailed photos can be seen here: http://www.octaneonline.com/culmination.htm
If you're serious about buying the whole set of bodywork I'll take pics of the imperfections. Also, the front fender is for the GSX-R front end on the bike, so it won't fit a standard GS front end.
Some closeups of the fairing.

Yup, ain't cheap, but the paint job almost cost that - then add up the cost of the headlight fairing ($80), a tail in primer from JamesG ($150), a fender ($40), and a straight rust free tank ($150). Plus it's gonna cost me a few $$ to safely pack and ship it.
That said, I'll entertain offers on it. It's not going to do me any good wrapped in plastic in my attic! But I don't plan to give it away either.
Heyy do you still have the Acerbis headlight for sale?
if so, how is the light output on it (i do a lot of nightime riding) compared to stock?
Looking to buy ASAP
thanks
Sorry, sold. Light output is ok. Not better than stock, but it's adequate.
