Title: pain killer misadventures

so i got new pain killers from the doctor the other day.  i took one at about 3 pm and one about 5pm yesterday...nothing.  so i was drinking a beer and wham i fall off the couch and hit my head on the dehumidifier.  i look at the clock at it is 2 hours later.  WTF!!  then i crawled to bed
