yes you can ....in fact many of us have .... i do believe that there are few write ups in the wikki and the faq part of the website.

Basically you will have to get a complete gsxr or kat front end   and have the steering stem from you gs pressed out. this means that they will put the lower triple tree into a hydrolic press and push out your steering stem.  then you will have to have it pressed back into the donor front end.  Once you do that you have to modify a bracket for you cluster gauges or just buy a digital set and install that.

for the most part thats about it

NN pretty much covered the basics. Most any f/e can be made to fit.

04+ GS's have a pressed in stem as well as 97+ Kat's and all aluminum stem GSXR's. Others are welded. The welds can be ground out but risk bending while being pressed out. From my experience, aluminum stems are 0.5mm larger in diameter than the GS. Some have been able fit the GS stem in the GSXR triple securely. I had the GSXR stem turned to match the GS to fit my 99 GSXR750 f/e. Another option suggested is to knurl the GS stem so it will press into the GSXR clamp. I have installed Kat f/e's with spacers and swapped stems. Swapping stems will allow use of the steering lock, GSXR's might require a little mod to the receiver for proper alignment.

The steering stop may need to be modified. Kat's may need to be a little wider, depending on clip-ons used. The GSXR needs to be much narrower, mine is about 1/2" wide.

89-97 Kat 600/750 share the same wheel as the GS. GS fender will fit the 89-97 Kat.

You will need rotors, calipers, m/c, brake lines, fender, clip-ons, and wheel from the donor.

Accept for Rejetting the stock bike, the gs was my proper fiirst bike ,due to The laws here i had to start with a very very low powered bike/s

Gilera Dna 50
Yamaha TZR 125
Honda CBR 125
Kymco zing

Now ive owned the Gs for a year now , and after getting used to the amazing handling , i have modifed with the help of this board a monster of a Gs , but i had it stock for a year to learn how to handle the old girl

I think u chose the wrong bike , Petrol prices here are at a alltime high , 1.10p a litre 5.50 a galllon , 11 bucks a Gallon , it makes alot of sense sticking to this bike , admmitedly im selling my 1996 in bits after getting the 2001 model recently , but i plan to never get rid of it , i love it

This forum is amazing , this has all the infomation u will need ,and many ideas on mods and changes ,

The fact u have a 2007 model , clearly shows u spent a ton on it ,i got my 2001 for 400 Uk pounds , and its in great shape ,

Why spend $$$'s if ur not happy with the bike   it will handle better , the front end and rear wheel mods uve suggested ,
Im assuming its stock jetted, maybe adjust that , but it will never be a GSXR
