Title: repairing plastics
Post by: speeddemon190 on February 08, 2008, 05:01:14 PM
So i installed some aftermarket turn signals to the tail of my bike, and i drilled some holes in the tail for the wiring. well im going to put some custom led turn signals (a strip of led bulbs) into whats left of the "mud flap thingy". but if i take off the turn signals there is going to be a hole in the tail fairings, is there any way to fill these and make it look "un-drilled-into" the holes are pretty small. i was thinking along the lines of a plastifix compound but im not sure if it would work right. i would really like to fill the holes and not have to sand and paint. (might be a long shot, but damn im gunna try) any ideas??????????

Get 2.3 cold beers from the fridge, put a chair on either side of the bike, slap a GSTWINS sticker over the hole, finish the 1.8 beers you have left.

Oh, and tell the kids to get those damned chairs away from the bike before they scratch it !
