Title: WTB: Rear Shock Spanner Wrench
Post by: beRto on February 18, 2008, 10:43:38 AM
Hi Everyone,

I am looking for one the the toolkit spanner wrenches for the stock rear shock. If anyone has an extra one they would be willing to sell, please let me know. :)

Thanks, Roberto.

Perhaps in theory, but if possible I'd prefer to use the proper tool. This is especially true after reading Teek's posts about damaging her shock with the screwdriver/hammer method.  :o

I didn't get the toolkit with my bike either.  I used a really long/sturdy flathead screwdriver, no hammer.  It takes a little grunt, but it works.  I put mine to 7, and feels great!

Good luck finding the toolkit though

Thanks, that would be awesome! Would it have the same radius as for the stock GS shock (32.5 mm, I think)?

:)
