i am sooo going to see that movie. is there anyone else that has seen the trailers and think the movie should rock? :thumb:
I think it looks cool, I'm just not sure about the the 'other' civilization that they seem to be at war with. I dont' really recall any really advanced cities like that 12,000 years ago. maybe it's just me being an Anthro nerd. I do want to see it though.
ahh its just a movie...i hope the effects and story are good
It'll be hard for me to go see another movie like that because 300 pissed me off with it's random, pointless gratuitous nudity.
:o :o
You got a problem with random, pointless, gratuitous nudity???
I do when I think it's a good idea to take my christian bred, "good girl" fiance to see it because nowhere in any of the previews or listings did it say "rated R for strong sexual situations"...and I do when, for the same reason, the guy sitting next to me thought it was ok to bring his 10 year old son. And it's not so much the gratuitous nudity...it was the random and pointless part. Had it added something to the movie...like under-lying story that leads up to something (birth of future badass king who slays peasant-eating dragons as hobby) or humor (airplane) or something my opinion would be completely different.
ehhh didn't see it..........so I don't know.
I wanna see it!!!!!!!
ill wait, prolly
Like everything else I do nowdays I will wait for the DVD.
I don't really see any point in blowing a wad of money at the theatre anymore when I have surround sound and HD plasma to watch it on.
My main problem in spending money to see movies at theaters is that I actually like to watch the movies. It seems 80% of the people who pay for tickets simply want to talk all the way through or go to the concession stand twenty times. I'm getting too old and grumpy I guess... :o

double ditto.
stupid people @ the movies suck, Imax Roxxers !
We usually download (oh the horror !) movies and if we aren't laughing at a poor plot, that stupid f%$king 'shaky camera' thing that started with blair witch, or already asleep, we'll catch it at the ADULTS ONLY theatre. Yep, there are theatres that don't allow cellphones, kids, or idiots and play non-porn for people to enjoy a movie. :) They actually kick out idiots with cellphones, or people talking, and have a short intermission so you can pee, pay too much for coke, whatever. :) woot !
dwha? no pr0n theatres? lol, the worst imo was when starwars prequel came out a few years back, ( i had free tix as a theatre employee) i had to watch not only the movie, but many ppl who decided tehy were darth vader in costume as well as being equipped with teh light sabers  i was getting so aggrivated i would throw sticky gummybears at em
