The UK weather is slowly improving and my GS has survived it's first winter. Many of the fasteners haven't survived so well (especially the ones I've had a wrench on) and the combination of road salt and me not having enough time to wash it regularly has really taken a toll. The exhaust header bolts are corroded the worst - they look like they've been on th e bike for 9 years, not 9 months!
Is there a list anywhere of replacement fasteners for the GS? I'd like to order a load of stainless replacements from somewhere like Screwfix (http://www.screwfix.com/) or Stagonset (http://www.stagonset.co.uk/#fasteners) and know they're going to fit. The regular bolts should be easy enough, but some of the bigger hex bolts (like the footpeg assembly) could be trickier to source.

What fasteners did you purchase or I should ask, which fastners did you replace on your bike?I'd like to do stainless.I live in a high humidity place and things rust just sitting in my out building. It's completely enclosed with a sealed locking door.
replaced , Footpegs , heel guards , clip on bolts , mudguard, the bolts that hold on the fairing, just assorted birs ,
