Title: WTB GS500e (Or similar) New England or Upstate NY Area
Post by: heyricochet on March 10, 2008, 10:58:13 AM
I am located 30 minutes east of Boston, willing to travel somewhere in New England, or Upstate New York (Parents live in Albany) to get a bike. Looking for a running bike with at least enough wear left in the chain/fork/tires and everything to at least get me through this season without any maintenance. Naked bikes preferred but will consider bikes with fairings. Not interested in bikes with white rims or yellow bikes. Will sell my first born for an orange gs500e. Cash in hand, anywhere from 1000 up to probably around 3500. Since I obviously am brand new to these forums, and would not check often, please email me at Heyricochet@gmail.com with any bikes.

Thanks! :thumb:

there was a kid selling one in lititz PA(near lancaster). I went to check it out and it was too shitty for me, but if you felt like buying a fixer upper, it was only 700 bucks. I have no idea if it is still available

things I didn't like about it. starter button was burnt out so he hooked up a "replacement" under the seat, rear wheel had a sizeable dent in it, it sounded kind of beat, had some evidence of being down, engine casing was poorly painted. But it was cheap.
