Well i'm hoping someone will be able to help me out.
I have not airbox drain tube
nor do i have the overfill gas hose (the one that goes from the gas cap through the tank and out by the tank mounted petcock)
nor do i have the carb overflow tubes (the ones that connect to the bottom of the carbs)
Now the question is what size and what kind of tubing should i use for these? without buying from the parts fiche.
Also, do i even need the carb overflow tubes?

nothing like sitting at a light and your entire engine and exhaust (hawt!) being covered in raw stinkin gas!
getting close is good enough for sizes on the non-carb feeding lines. they're just drains. put a screen of some kind on the end so mud wasps don't cake them up ;)

lol- ya just trying to keep the southern terms out of the replies as much as possible. i swear, had i said "dirt dobbers" 30 people would have asked about riding on muddy roads or something else odd ;)

I bought some 5/16" I.D. clear vinyl tubing from Home Depot and used it for both the carb overflow and tank drain. Fit perfect and hasn't come loose, although I did pick up some hose clamps for all the connections.
Jeremy - I had similar problem when I got my '96 all kind of things missing or swapped out. I did not have drain hose either so I took piece of paper and measured airbox drain hole, even scribbled over hole to be exact (like when you were a kid at school). Then went to Autozone and matched it up to pieces they had in clear bags (5/16? look at manual/online parts store). It took a little elbow grease and a little oil but it fits nice and snug now. Just be sure to get enough that you can arrange it the way you want (I put mine so it shoots out bottom but away from tire :) Oh and total cost was like $2.00. :thumb:
Now if I could get my bike to stop having to actually USE the overflow hose :mad: ...new floats/kit on the way and will hopefully remedy that.

I zip tie all of my hoses to the fittings except the fuel lines.When I had racing go karts I'd zip tie all the lines.
well... i bought some 3/8" fuel line and fit over the airbox quite nicely, however this it pretty thick tubing and i'm having a hard time routing it: on one side, it will hit the chain but if i try and make it to the other side it kinks.
Anyone have any pics or routing info?
Also to i need to plug the end or put a breather filter on it?
