I have plenty of sizes to trade with, or I'll give you 10 bucks a piece for them. I need two.
Dude 2.15 = your motor is on its last kegs. 1-2 more kegs and its done.
The camshafts are OK most likely, your seats the valve angles etc are all just about done. Take off the head, re cut the seats and the valve edges and machine the top of valve stem and re try.
Cool.
Srinath.
crap
Yeah that's pretty much done...
I'd Recheck the math/clearances etc again before you pull anything apart just to be sure (and maybe put off the inevitable for awhile longer).

Hey dude, I have a check from you from 2 years ago that I never cashed.
I can pull it up and send you a copy. I know its my stupid fault. Anyway, can you write me a new one ?
Cool.
Srinath.
You lost my check again? You must be very preoccupied with your 10 bikes! I'd like to see the copy, just to make sure it's not first check I sent you. I could check my statements, but there are about 24 of them to flip through....
Oh, wait a sec, you sent me 2 ... when was the first ... maybe I found it, after I took the $$ from the second.
Cool.
Srinath.
Hey, sorry it wasn't your 3 year old check I found. Operator error.
Cool.
Srinath.

If he does that he won't need any shims. The end of the valve is going to keep moving toward the cam. The only hope I see, without replacing the head or the valve seats is to shorten the end of the valve stem. The valve seats could have been cut before or clearences run too tight for so long that the valve has sunk. Make sure the valve sealing surface is not cupped into the valve. If so ,You know what to do.
