had issues with them too, ordered one set of gloves, really nice set of astars, what came were a cheap China crap pair that had leather misspelled as leather. took me 6 months to get it resolved, and all i got was my money back.

No, I am not a vendor nor do I work there but just sending out props for good service and quick delivery with minimum delivery charge.
I might have been one of the lucky one, I ordered a jacket from them and it was no problem at all :dunno_white:
I didn't have any problems with "ridegear" but I ordered from "kneedraggers" on Saturday March 15 and today (March 20) the order still hasn't shipped. They say it usually takes 5 days to ship but COME ON... it's been 4 days already. I contacted them and they only answered one of my 2 questions.
It was my first order and I think the last one... They could do a better job!!
I myself work in the internet store and I know it's not easy to ship many orders, but customer service is ALWAYS number 1!!!
